Qld: Major construction company in court over worker's death

BRISBANE, Feb 3 AAP - One of Australia's biggest construction companies is being taken
to court over the death of a worker at a central Queensland coal terminal.

Comcare, Australia's workplace safety agency, initiated proceedings in the Brisbane
Federal Court on Tuesday against John Holland Pty Ltd over the death of a worker from
Grasstree Beach, south of Mackay, on May 6 last year.
